Re: Namecoin: Bitcoin’s more useful twin? [infographic]
Hi guys, just joined the forum. I,m a firmware developer, working for a big company. I´ve read the code and a lot of info, and I really think that Namecoin is undervalued right now. I´m a techie, I don´t like marketing an such things, but after visiting PeerCoin forum I understood why its price is increasing.
Unfortunately in this world not the best products are the most valued by the customers, popularity is the key. Have you thought in a Marketing plan? (Sorry if you talk about that in other topics ).

First step toward good marketing would be getting better content on namecoin.info... right now there's really not much useful, accurate, up-to-date info about Namecoin available without looking through forums. And yes, I agree that this should be a high priority.Carajillu wrote:Hi guys, just joined the forum. I,m a firmware developer, working for a big company. Personally not a fan of the term 'competing'. Namecoin serves a different purpose to bitcoin.
It would also be nice to see the merged mining explained, as a pointer towards the significant network hashrate and hence network protection results from it.
no mention of current coins mined. ?
