Yes finished work will be made public completely free without any restrictions! Which license should be used for it ?

Are italics bad for some reason?
Don't think a ringed logo works with the rest of the text though.
Of the options, I think I prefer SHAPES the most. The difference between that one and classic appears to be subtle.

I think PULSAR makes a good second choice.

CLASSIC and PULSAR for me.

And yes, it would be absolute awsome to have a logo for NameID later on! I'm not good at graphics and design, and I think this could help with getting the site better used and nicer. (But not important ATM, just when you are ready.)

Classic and Pulsar for me too. Simple, nice 2D images are the modern look.
