Anyone having issues with Bitparking.com?

Hey
I've been trying to withdraw some bitcoins from bitparking.com but the transaction is not processing. I've emailed support but not heard back. Anyone had similar issues?

If you withdraw a certain amount of btc/nmc (I don't know what is the limit), you won't be able to withdraw it yourself (as indicated in red).
Last time I was concerned, I contacted (on irc) doublec (the exchange owner) and received a reply one or 2 days after. And I was then able to approve my withdrawal.

you are aware that you need to approve every withdrawal (at the very bottom after clicking withdraw) ?

It was my fault!
bitparking's admin got back to me promptly and all sorted
