Includes daemon and Qt. A similar version I have been running for a while now and it was more stable than v0.3.80. You don't want to bet the farm on it, but particularly for mining it should be interesting.
There are no name operations implemented in the GUI (daemon works fine). For GUI name operations you can try this in combination with nameGUI (binaries to come soon).
Make a backup or rename your %APPDATA%\Namecoin directory before you launch the client. Otherwise you will have to redownload the blockchain if you want to back to an earlier version. Wallet files are compatible. It will not overwrite older executables but install to a different folder, "NamecoinCore" (data directory is "Namecoin" by default, though).

Namecoin Core Early Windows Binaries
Re: Namecoin Core Early Windows Binaries
Note that I used EasyWinBuilder to create the above and that you can easily roll your own.
Re: Namecoin Core Early Windows Binaries
I installed on top of my previous 0.38 version, runs fine on windows 7 x64 sp1.
Just be aware that it took a while to re-index the blocks on disk. (3 hours?)
It also doesn't have a official Name operations GUI.
Lastly, unpnp looks disabled by default and greyed out.

Re: Namecoin Core Early Windows Binaries
Since this binary is unofficial, it would be nice to have it signed with PGP or some other way.
I installed it, catching up now, but I had malware warnings because the download site (according to my AV s/w) is not a busy site.
